An order confirmation email is sent immediately after checkout. Prepaid orders proceed to the payment gateway; COD orders are queued for cold-chain packing once confirmed.

Refrigerate perishable varieties promptly after delivery. Keep citrus and stone fruit in the crisper; berries in a ventilated container. Consume within the recommended window on your pack label.
Fruité picks are packed in ventilated chilled liners to reduce bruising during transit. Delicate varieties receive extra cushioning where needed.

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. Prepaid fruit orders receive free standard shipping.
COD orders include a courier surcharge of ₹49, displayed before you confirm checkout.
