Refrigerate delicate fruits promptly after delivery. Stone fruit and citrus can ripen at room temperature before chilling. Consume within recommended freshness windows for peak flavour.

Keep berries dry and chilled; melons whole until cut. Apples and pears store well in the crisper drawer.

Report quality issues within 24 hours of delivery via our Freshness Resolution Policy. Wrong items, lost shipments, and damaged fruit are reviewed case by case.
