Pre-Dispatch Cancellation
Effective: 15 July 2026
1. Before dispatch
You may request cancellation before your order has been packed and handed to the courier. Submit requests through /track-support.php with your order number.
2. After dispatch
Once a shipment is in transit, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery, but return shipping charges may apply and a restocking fee may be deducted from any refund.
3. Refund timeline
Approved pre-dispatch cancellations are refunded within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Partial cancellations
If your order contains multiple items and only some have been dispatched, we will cancel undispatched lines and refund accordingly.
